Customer reviewsI love my new desk, but it was difficult to assemble.
I picked this desk because of the storage. I also love the color and the sturdiness of the desk. However, I have three complaints. The first is a manufacture error and one of the back panels isn't finished. This means the shelving unit would always have to be against a wall. I wanted the desk in this orientation anyway, so I didn't care. The second complaint is one of the drawers has a hard time closing. It is like the drawer gets stuck on something when halfway closed even if the drawer is empty. I am going to see if this problem can be fixed since it can get annoying. The third complaint is that the assembly process was a huge pain. The instructions need to be rewritten. I included a picture where you can see the instructions went from super complicated to overly simplistic. I would also recommend labeling the 18 types of hardware. A good portion of my time assembling the desk was trying to figure out which screw to use. Overall, I am happy with my new desk and I plan on spending many hours enjoying my new work space.
